WhatsApp messages

What your clients write to the business's WhatsApp shows up in Messages, in the panel. That way anyone on the team can read and reply, not only whoever is holding the phone.

Needs the business's WhatsApp linked

Messages only arrive if you linked the business's number in Settings › Reminders (Pro and Premium plans).

Reading and replying

• On the left, the conversations: newest first, with a green number when there are unread messages. If the phone belongs to a client you already have, you see their name.
• Tap one to open it. You also see what you answered from the phone.
• Type below and tap Send (or Enter). The reply goes out from the business's number, as if you had sent it from the phone.

Each sent message says whether it went From the panel or From the phone. If one couldn't be sent, it is marked not sent.

What is kept

Only one-to-one chats (no groups or statuses), and for photos or audio only the text that comes with them. Messages are deleted automatically after 6 months; on the phone they stay as always.
