Notifications on your phone

The app keeps you posted about your work:

  • Every evening at 20:00, your schedule for the next day.
  • 10 minutes before each appointment: the time, service and client.

Tap a notification and the app opens on your agenda or on that appointment.

Turning them on

Above your agenda you'll see Notifications on this phone. Tap Turn on notifications, then Allow when the phone asks. Done.

If you tapped Not now, it's offered again next time you open the app.

On iPhone, install the app first

iPhones only show notifications from apps added to the home screen (iOS 16.4 or newer). If you opened the app in Safari, you'll see how to install it instead of the button. Follow Install and sign in, open it from the icon, and turn notifications on there.

If you don't turn them on

You still get them, by WhatsApp, as long as the business has your phone number. Once app notifications are on, WhatsApp stops: nothing arrives twice.

If you blocked them

The card says they're blocked. Allow them in your phone's settings:

  • Android: Settings › Apps › (the app or Chrome) › Notifications.
  • iPhone: Settings › Notifications › Smart Booking.

Until then they arrive by WhatsApp.

When you sign out

Tapping Sign out also turns notifications off on that phone, so a shared phone doesn't keep getting someone else's schedule.
